Lauren is a podiatrist at My FootDr and Allsports Podiatry in Indooroopilly and Red Hill, with a clinical interest in biomechanics, footwear, and orthotic therapy. She also works with iOrthotics as a consultant podiatrist, bringing several years of orthotics lab experience into every custom prescription. Lauren provides a range of services, including general foot health, skin and nail care, orthotic therapy and footwear assessment, shockwave therapy, Ingrown toenail maintenance and surgery, gait and biomechanical assessment, treatment for overuse and sporting injuries, preventative foot care.

A Brisbane local, Lauren grew up playing a wide range of sports, which shaped her interest in keeping people active and moving well. She graduated with a Bachelor of Podiatry from QUT and enjoys working with patients of all activity levels, from everyday movers to athletes. Her focus is on practical, tailored management plans that help people return to what they enjoy.

Outside the clinic, Lauren enjoys social volleyball, training, reading, Formula 1, and exploring Brisbane’s food scene. She also loves to travel, with an F1 race in Europe next on her list.
